Project brief – well written and explained. One thing though – the waterfall methodology doesn’t ‘iterate’ so an MVP and features is not a waterfall technique. Also, I assume that you would test your app and make changes if it didn’t test as well as expected, which is iterative again.
That said, you’ve done a good job of meeting the need statement and your solution is well defined.
Estimate could lay out the deliverables more fully so that the client knows exactly what they are paying for.
